High-performance paintable 1-part, moisture curing, low modulus, professional weatherproofing sealant for concrete, masonry and EIFS facades.
Uses:
Suitable for movement and connection joints in commercial building envelopes.
Characteristics and advantages:
- Very good weathering and ageing resistance
- Movement capability of +100/-50 % (ASTM C719)
- Bubble-free curing
- Low stress to the substrate
- Easy to smooth and very good workability
- Very good adhesion to many substrates
- Solvent free and odourless
- Very low emission
- Conforms to EN15651-1 F EXT-INT CC 25 LM, ISO 11600 F 25 LM, DIN 18540 F and ASTM C920, class 100/50
- Vertical and horizontal joint and crack sealing
- Excellent adhesion to most building materials
